About Me

I’m Jennifer Hero, mom of two, and a certified women’s strength coach and pregnancy & postpartum specialist.

I help women build strength that actually supports their lives through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, using evidence-based training that prioritizes health, confidence, and sustainability.

My approach blends science, compassion, and real-world practicality.

No extremes. No shame. No “bounce back” culture.

How I Can Support You

1:1 Training

Personalized strength training built around your body, your season of life, and your goals. Ideal for women who want individualized guidance, accountability, and sustainable progress.

30-Minute Session: $60

60-Minute Session: $90

Monthly Coaching


$400 per month

Includes a personalized training program, weekly check-ins, and monthly updates.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

Specialized coaching that prioritizes safety, recovery, and long-term strength. This includes exercise modifications, education, and support tailored to the demands of pregnancy and early motherhood.


$400 per month

Monthly coaching, plus additional support provided as needed for pregnancy and postpartum clients.
